Dr. Arugaslan's primary teaching interests are in the areas of Corporate Finance, Financial Strategy, and International Finance. His current research includes the dual class IPO decision, the separation of cash flow rights and voting rights, the endogeneity of liquidity, the risk-adjusted performance of American Depository Receipts, and the bundling of disclosures. Dr. Arugaslan has published articles in the Journal of Finance, Managerial Finance, Management Research News, the International Journal of Commerce and Management, the Journal of Global Business, Business Quest, and the Lahore Journal of Economics. His research received the Best Paper Award at the 2006 Association for Global Business Conference and a Highly Commended Paper Award at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2008.
